Rebuilding The Wall is committed in the next five to ten years to transforming 20 properties into homeownership opportunities for very low and low income families.  We are committed to transforming 5 vacant properties into affordable quality rental property that generates revenues that stay in and continue to build the neighborhood.  We are committed to creating 6 units of transitional housing for families involved in the RTW opportunity.   We will add the adequate staff to conduct our opportunities.  We will have a warehouse for the storage of tools, vehicles and materials.  We will have our own administrative offices.  We plan to start a construction crew to provide living wage positions and skill set training for neighborhood residents.  We will create the opportunity for low income individuals and higher income individuals to create and maintain assets together.
