Tafrica Brown                        Board Chair

Tafrica is the Operations Director at Jireh Sports.  She is currently working on her Masters of Divinity Degree at Christian Theological Seminary.  She holds her Bachelors in Sociology and Anthropology from Denison University.   She has studied three languages, French, Spanish, and Japanese.  She formally coordinated minority recruitment for undergraduate studies at Carnegie Melon University in Pittsburgh.  She serves and worships with Trinity Church.

Bryan Orander                        Vice Chair        

Bryan is President of Charitable Advisors LLC and publisher of the Not-for-Profit News in Indianapolis. Following 18 years of leadership in business and non-profit organizations, Bryan has been consulting with non-profits for the past 7 years in the areas of organizational assessment, board development, and organizational development.  He holds a BS in Finance and a MBA.  He and his family attend East 91^st Street Christian Church.

Brian Deakyne                        Secretary/Treasurer

Brian DeaKyne currently works as a staff accountant/auditor for Clifton Gunderson LLP in Indianapolis.  He attends Common Ground Christian Church, where he is involved in leading a Growth Group.  He attended Indiana University and graduated in May of 2001 with degrees in Accounting and Economics.

Chris Provence                       Executive Director / Neighborhood Resident

Chris Provence is currently the Executive Director of Rebuilding The Wall.  He has lived in the target community eight years.  He served in Operation Desert Storm in Iraq and Operation Restore Hope in Somalia as a Navy Sea-Bee.  He formally co-owned and operated a Mortgage company.  He started and coached the Jireh Sports wrestling team for four years.  He is a member of the Christian Community Development Association.  Chris is a certified Non-Profit Housing Specialist

Teresa Berryhill    Board Member/Neighborhood Resident

Teresa has been a lifelong resident of the target neighborhood.  She has a diploma as a professional secretary and an Associates Degree as a legal secretary.   Her career history includes the Public Defenders Council, Manpower, and Conseco.  She has her own small businesses, The Silk Bloomer Company and Happy Endings, providing professional flower arrangements and wedding planning.  She has an informal outreach effort with addicted ladies in prostitution in the neighborhood.    She is a member of the Church of the Living God, CWFF.

Danielle Bouquet                   Board Member / Neighborhood Resident

Danielle is a long time member of the target community as well as a future homeowner with Rebuilding The Wall.  She is a licensed cosmetologist with her own small business, Blessings Beauty Salon.   She graduated in May 2004 from the IU school of Dentistry with her Dental Assistant Certificate.   She is a member of Eastern Star Church.

Janet Sanders                                    Board Member / Neighborhood Resident

Mrs. Sanders is a lifelong resident of the target neighborhood.  She lives in the home she was raised in and that she reared her own children in.  She is an active member of Grace Apostolic Church and maintains a extensive library in her home.

Jon Becker                             Attorney/Board Advisor

Jon Becker is currently an attorney for American United Life located in Indianapolis.  He attended Anderson College to receive his B.A and received his law degree from Indiana University-Indianapolis.  He is a member of Common Ground Christian Church.
