We are committed to transforming 5 vacant properties into affordable quality rental property that generates revenues that stay in and continue to build the neighborhood. We are committed to creating 6 units of transitional housing for families involved in the RTW opportunity. We will add the adequate staff to conduct our opportunities. We will have a warehouse for the storage of tools, vehicles and materials. We will have our own administrative offices. We plan to start a construction crew to provide living wage positions and skill set training for neighborhood residents.
