Construction Assistant Role

The Construction Assistant is responsible for all facets of the home construction process, from site development, up to and including the completion of the punch list items.  This includes, but is not limited to, obtaining construction sponsors, coordinating site volunteers, sub-contractors and materials necessary in the rehabilitation of homes for Rebuilding The Wall families.  Objectives are to provide a pleasant volunteer experience and a quality home with the active involvement of Rebuilding The Wall family and supporting groups within the established time frame.  Within the parameters of this job description is the requirement of the project manager to become involved and work with diverse individuals, groups, organizations and entities.  This must be carried out within the spirit of the principles and policies of Rebuilding The Wall.
